Behaviour

EGN Gaming reserves the right to ban/lock/terminate your account for any reason we see fit, or no reason at all. We also reserve the right to remove your forum posts/threads with or without a reason. Uploading any files/images relating to child exploitation or inappropriate materials outlined above will result in you being permanently banned from accessing the website and your posts will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Harassment

Cheating

EGN Gaming has a strict zero tolerance policy on cheating. Any members who are caught cheating in any way on any platform are not permitted to continue use of the site. If there has been an alleged incident of cheating, EGN Gaming will carry out an investigation into the alleged offence. This may include receiving screenshots from other members or reviewing any and all submissions made on egn-gaming.com, including direct messaging. EGN Gaming will aim to keep this information private and confidential, but findings may be distributed amongst EGN Gaming administrators, authorised representatives or relevant third parties as per our Privacy Policy. Administrators and Authorised Representatives

EGN Gaming Administrators and Authorised Representatives are not immune to the terms and conditions of use, they are the guidelines which they operate under. All users are expected to comply with all admin requests immediately and maturely. Abuse of EGN Gaming admins will result in an extension of your ban or permanent removal from EGN Gaming. We are run by a very large team of volunteers and we greatly value their time and expect all members to do so as well. If you feel an admin acted inappropriately please submit your concern to [email protected] and the issue will be reviewed. Note that interaction with EGN Gaming admins is confidential and no feedback on these outcomes will be given to users.

Sponsorship Media

EGN Gaming engages in corporate sponsorships and from time to time it is required that we present media to the EGN Gaming users representing these sponsors. Whilst we encourage users to express their opinions, directly slandering or abusing sponsors of EGN Gaming will result in comment removal as they help provide the means unto which EGN Gaming operates. It takes considerable funding to provide these resources and it's all done for you, the member, so we ask that you show suitable respect to those working to support us. If you have any legitimate cause for concern, we are happy to discuss the issue via direct message on the site or by emailing [email protected].

Security

EGN Gaming aims to provide the best means possible to secure your personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any user or person deemed to be attempting to breach the security of EGN Gaming will be permanently banned from accessing the site, and if deemed to be a serious matter, reported to the cyber-crimes division of the Australian Federal Police. It is inappropriate or unacceptable for any user to give out their login details and signing in with another users password may be detected as a security breach and see your account permanently removed from the system.

Content Submission

V. You grant us the non-exclusive right to seek to enjoin and/or obtain damages from any third party from the unauthorized use or reproduction of your content. If we publish your content or authorize or license others to do so, your content may be edited for length or clarity or for any other reason either before or after it is published. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content for any reason from the website.

Prizes, Goods and Services

If you win a competition on EGN Gaming, your prize money will generally be assigned to a nominated PayPal account or financial institution. EGN Gaming will credit your nominated account with the predetermined prize money within 30 days of completion of the competition unless otherwise stated in the competition terms and conditions. All prizes are in $AUD unless otherwise stated.
If you have a non-Australian bank account, you agree to absorb any transaction fees that are applied. PayPal fees are absorbed by the user receiving the money as per the terms and conditions of PayPal.
Any monies, prizes, goods or services that are delivered to the user will be delivered as per the requested instructions when registering to the site or specific competition. EGN Gaming accepts no responsibility or liability in the event of unreceived monies, prizes, goods or services due to error in instructions by the user.
