Match Rules

  • Teams are required to field 3 players in all matches.
  • Hacked/glitched players are strictly forbidden in this competition.
  • Fair play is highly encouraged. Taking advantage of glitches may result in action being taken. Note: A 6'1 guard dunking on a 7'3" Centre is not a glitch. Failing to stop a team’s offense is no reason for complaint.

Disconnections

Each team is allowed one early disconnection per fixture. If a team loses a player early on in the game due to a disconnection, they may quit before one team scores 5 or more points. The score will continue over from the previous game. e.g. If the game was 4-2. The replay after the disconnection starts as it was. (4-2)

Replays

If the entire match drops out, then the remainder of the game must be played out in a replay unless both managers agree to let the result stand. e.g. The game drops out at 8-6. Team 1 is winning 8-6. The game will be restarted and the winner will be determined by who reaches 13 first. (to reach 21 as if it were a normal park game) Note: you must win by two points or more. If the score is 13-12 the game is not deemed to be won.

Squad Rules

  • 3 members per squad.
  • All squad members who participate must be registered on the website and listed on their team's roster. If a team is found to be using ineligible players in their matches, they will forfeit all matches the player was involved in.

Scheduling Matches

Do not waste time during your fixture. If there is a free court move to that court instead of having to play another game before you can verse your opponents again. Teams that are found to be wasting time may face penalties.

We cannot stress this enough. Do not start a "practice match" 5-10 minutes before your game is scheduled. You should aim to have your squad ready in the park 5 minutes prior to tournament start.

Match results

  • All match results must be 100% accurate and confirmed by both team managers.
  • Managers are responsible for inputting ALL relevant stats after each match. Points, assists, rebounds, blocks, steals must be noted for all players.
  • Managers must also specify the position played (PG/SG/SF/PF/C) by each player after each match.
  • You must go off the stats available on the box score at all times unless there's an obvious error. Simply take a screenshot of the box score so that you have a record of the stats. If you accidentally miss the box score after the game, save a recording to your console and then go back and look at the stats.
  • If a player disconnects at any time in a match, this must be noted by ticking their "DNF" box in the player stats screen.
  • Stats will not be counted when they're obtained by a disconnected player. Only stats accumulated before a disconnect can be counted.

Tickets

Do not personally message admins to claim forfeits, dispute results or report mistakes. These issues must all be officially processed by submitting a ticket. Any evidence provided outside of the ticket will NOT be taken into consideration when making a decision.
